Returns & Exchanges:
There is a no return policy on all orders. Depending on circumstance, exchange for another product of the same price could be permitted. You are responsible for return shipping costs if exchange is approved.
Refunds:
All pieces are handmade and individually unique. The photos will display any natural flaws that occur during the creation process. For this reason, I don't do refunds of any kind.
Shipping:
You can expect your items to ship within a week of your order being placed. You will also be provided a tracking number when your package ships. Once your package is at the post office, I am not responsible for anything that happens during the shipping process. USPS usually does a good job, but life happens and sometimes there are some delays and complications. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me and I'll do my best to resolve any issues and help as much as I can.
